Any product damaged in shipping must be reported to us immediately. Any non-cage product with a manufacturer defect must be returned to the manufacturer. UniFlame for example has a one year limited warranty on most all of its products and outstanding customer service. Warranty and return information is included in UniFlame product packaging.
 
Sales of propane cages / cabinets are final due to the nature of the items and shipping costs. You must contact us immediately upon product arrival if the cage is damaged in transit and have the trucking company driver make a note of the damage on the delivery paperwork. You will be shipped a new product, but the damage must be noted for the shipping insurance to cover the damage or you have accepted the item as is. Our packaging is excellent with cages straped to pallets, bubble wrap and shrink wraped. We use only the finest trucking companies and rarely have a damaged item.
