Contact us immediately with any defective product issue. Non-cage products with a manufacturer defect will be returned to the manufacturer. UniFlame for example has a one year limited warranty on most all of its products and outstanding customer service. Unopened returns are accepted with return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Sales of propane cages / cabinets are final due to the nature and expense of the items and shipping costs. All storage cage products are fully inspected before leaving the warehouse and in the unlikely event there is a mechanical defect, it will be corrected. Always inspect all deliveries when they arrive before signing for them. As with any delivery, you should refuse any FedEx or UPS delivery that has obviously been mishandled in shipping and contact us. Contact us immediately upon product arrival if a propane cage is damaged in transit and have the trucking company driver make a detailed note of the damage on the delivery receipt you are asked to sign. You will be shipped a new product if it was damaged in transit, but the damage must be noted for the shipping insurance or, as with any delivery, you have accepted the item and Propane Outfitters Inc. can not replace it.. We use only the finest trucking companies and rarely have a damaged delivery.
