We Respect Your Privacy. Any and all information used on this site is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information required in your transaction will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We utilize very high security checkout forms and card processing.

Our website is created with the newest technology and our checkout system is a high security processor used by major retailers. We do not use a low budget checkout system as others do on the internet and your financial information is not stored and cannot be accessed at all through the website itself keeping your information even more secure. Return Policy

Contact us immediately with any defective product issue. Non-cage products with a manufacturer defect will be returned to the manufacturer. UniFlame for example has a one year limited warranty on most all of its products and outstanding customer service. Unopened returns are accepted within 14 days with return shipping and 20% restocking fee.

Sales of propane cages / cabinets are final due to the nature and expense of the items and shipping costs. All gas cage products are fully inspected before leaving the warehouse and in the unlikely event there is a mechanical defect, it will be corrected.

Always carefully inspect all deliveries when they arrive before signing for them. As with any delivery, you should refuse any shipment that has obviously been mishandled and contact us immediately. Always check for any concealed damage. You must have the trucking company driver make a detailed note of the damage on the delivery receipt you are asked to sign and keep a copy of that receipt. Take photos of the damage whether you accept the damaged delivery or not. You will be shipped a new product if it was damaged in transit, but the damage must be noted for the shipping insurance or, as with any delivery, you have accepted the item and Propane Outfitters Inc. can not replace it.. We use only the finest trucking companies and rarely have a damaged delivery.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the continental 48 United States with all shipping and handling fees included in the purchase price for your convenience and ordering ease. When you place an order it arrives immediately in our computers and is processed for shipping. We are aware that delivery time is imperative for many of our clients and we strive to have the fastest shipping in the industry while still maintaining high quality freight services from our door to yours.

You must have a loading dock, forklift or several strong people to remove your delivery from the truck if you are receiving a propane cage or other large item. We deliver the product to you, but you must be prepared to receive it or the trucking company may charge an unloading fee directly to you to or charge a redelivery fee and storage fee to come back with a lift-gate truck. We do not cover any additional charges that might occur for requests you make of the shipping company like special unloading, residential delivery or placing of the cage on site. If you have a special request we can prepare and quote it in advance but only if you notify us first. Always inspect any delivery for obvious and concealed damage prior to signing the delivery form. You should reasonably expect 10 to 14 business days for your delivery to arrive, we always strive for sooner. Delays very rarely occur, but the logistics of shipping large items like the propane cages can sometimes have unforeseen events in the transit process that are out of anyones control. We are always here to answer your questions if it ever does happen. If you are ever in need of specific rapid delivery for a deadline, please call or email us and we will make every effort to meet your schedule. We are known as having the fastest delivery time in the industry.

Indemnification Policy

As a customer of Propane Outfitters Inc. you agree to forever hold Propane Outfitters Inc. harmless and not responsible for any accident, injury or incident that occurs during the use of any product sold by Propane Outfitters Inc. Your safety is important to us. Any questions or concerns about the use or safety of any of our products can be asked anytime and you may contact the specific product manufacturer with any product safety concerns. Always contact your local Fire Marshall for information on the proper restrictions, regulations and uses of propane in your location. We also recommend resources like the NFPA, (National Fire Prevention Association) and OSHA who provide information on the proper use and safety requirements involved in the use of propane and propane equipment and all items we sell. Links to these two organizations are provided on the homepage of this site.  

 

Sales Tax Policy

Propane Outfitters, Inc. is a Florida based corporation which requires us to collect and file returns for sales tax on sales in the State of Florida. If you are outside of Florida, please follow your State and Local tax laws as appropriate for your company and / or location.
